BANDITS SIGN RE-SIGN DiRUSCIO, INK WAGNER

The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has re-signed goaltender Davide DiRuscio and signed free agent transition player Ryan Wagner, each to two-year contracts.

DiRuscio (6’3”, 300 lbs., 5/5/1992) played a career-high 498:23 in his third NLL season with the Bandits in 2017, logging a 1-6 record. The Oakville, Ontario native has suited up for all but four of the team’s games since the beginning of the 2015 season, posting a 7-9 career record with a .761 save percentage and a 12.94 goals-against average.

Wagner (6’1”, 190 lbs., 5/14/1994) joins the Bandits after spending his first two NLL seasons with the Vancouver Stealth. A native of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, he appeared in 11 games with the Stealth last season, recording five points (1+4), 44 loose ball recoveries and 13 penalty minutes.
