The National Lacrosse League today announced the Buffalo Bandits (8-8) will face the Toronto Rock (9-7) in an East Division semifinal showdown this Saturday, May 1 at the Air Canada Centre. Ball drop is slated for 7:30 p.m.

Buffalo, the #3 seed, will face second-seeded Toronto for the first time in the playoffs since 2004. The Bandits won the season-series 2-1, with wins on March 12 (11-10, OT) in Toronto and on April 10 (13-10) in Buffalo.

The winner will advance to the Divisional Final on the weekend of May 7 - 9.
