Bandits Acquire Draft Picks

Buffalo Bandits Director of Lacrosse Operations Scott Loffler today announced the team has acquired three draft picks from the Toronto Rock in exchange for transition player Pat McCready and Buffalo's third-round selection in the 2009 Entry Draft.

The Bandits will receive Toronto's second-round selection in the 2009 Entry Draft, first-round selection in the 2010 Entry Draft, and second-round selection in 2011.

McCready played the last eight seasons in Buffalo, scoring 206 points (71+135) in 112 games. He also collected 990 loose balls with the Bandits, including a career-high and franchise record 173 in 2002. For his career, he has 339 points (127+212) and 1,314 loose balls in 173 games with Buffalo, Rochester and Charlotte.
